Returns & Exchanges

Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of baby clothing, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an Instagram DM to @thebabycollectiondubai with your order number, and we will be happy to assist you and provide an exchange. 

Shipping Within the UAE

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed the same day and delivered the next working day within the UAE.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following working day.

Please note:

• Deliveries are made on working days and weekends (excluding public holidays).
  

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Within Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed the same day and delivered within 3-5 days in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait. 

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following working day.

Please note:

• Deliveries are made on working days and weekends (excluding public holidays).
  

• Custom duties, taxes and clearance-related charges if applicable are not included in the shipping cost and should be paid by the customer at the destination.
